Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of Products from Loxx Boxx Inc. ("Loxx Boxx," "we," "us," or "our") and is incorporated into and forms a part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Title and Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our shipping point (FOB Origin), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping Times. Shipping times and dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Loxx Boxx is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Safe Receipt Guarantee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Loxx Boxx offers a Safe Receipt Guarantee to certain eligible users and deliveries. Click here for more details.
Shipping Destinations. Unless otherwise expressly indicated at checkout, we ship only to street addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, freight forwarders, or international destinations.
Shipping Rates and Methods. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the Products ordered, and the shipping method selected. Available shipping methods may vary by destination and Product. All shipping charges are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Returns Policy or as required by applicable law.
Tracking and Delivery. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment's progress and being available to receive delivery. Certain Products may require an adult signature at delivery, in our sole discretion or as required by the carrier.
Shipping Address; Customer Responsibility. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Loxx Boxx is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address information you provide. Address change requests after an order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.
Failed and Undeliverable Deliveries. If a carrier is unable to complete delivery after its standard number of attempts, or if a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason attributable to you (including, without limitation, inaccurate address information, failure to be present for a required signature, refusal to retrieve the package from a carrier hold location, or refusal of delivery), you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel the order and issue a refund of the Product purchase price, less the original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee.
Refused Shipments. If you refuse delivery of a shipment without prior authorization from Loxx Boxx, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any applicable restocking fee, each of which we may deduct from any refund otherwise due to you.
Backorders and Partial Shipments. If any Product in your order is unavailable or backordered, we may, in our sole discretion, (a) hold the order until all Products are available, (b) ship available Products separately and ship the remaining Products when available (in which case any additional shipping charges will be at our expense unless otherwise stated at checkout), or (c) cancel the unavailable portion of the order and refund the corresponding amount.
No Carrier Affiliation. Loxx Boxx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any postal service, package carrier, courier, or delivery platform (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, or any local courier). Any reference to such carriers is for compatibility or informational purposes only.
No Custody, Bailment, or Insurance of Packages. Loxx Boxx is a hardware and software provider. Loxx Boxx never takes custody of, possesses, or assumes responsibility for any package, parcel, mail, or other item placed in, near, or attempted to be placed in any Product. No bailment, agency, or escrow relationship is created with respect to any package. Loxx Boxx does not insure, guarantee, or warrant the safe delivery, storage, condition, or contents of any package.
Delivery Driver Conduct. Delivery drivers and couriers are independent third parties whose actions Loxx Boxx does not control. Loxx Boxx is not liable for any failure, refusal, error, negligence, theft, vandalism, or other act or omission by any delivery driver or carrier, including a driver's failure to use, properly close, or properly secure a Product.
Package Loss, Theft, or Damage. Because title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (see above), claims for Products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit must generally be pursued by you directly with the carrier. As a courtesy, if you believe your shipment has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at customersupport@loxxboxx.com within 10 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation (or, if no delivery confirmation is received, the carrier's most recent estimated delivery date), and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Customers and deliveries eligible for the Safe Receipt Guarantee may have additional remedies.
Modifications. Loxx Boxx reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time in its sole discretion, with such modifications effective upon posting to our website. The Shipping Policy in effect at the time you place an order will govern that order.
