Returns and Refunds Policy

This Return and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases of Products from Loxx Boxx Inc. ("Loxx Boxx," "we," "us," or "our") and is incorporated into and forms a part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

Returns

Product Returns. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, and subject to the other terms herein and in our Terms of Service, you may return unused Products in their original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase for a refund of the Product purchase price, less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping, and original shipping and handling charges. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

RMA. To return Products, you must email our Returns Department at customersupport@loxxboxx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your Product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return shipment. Returns received without a valid RMA number, or after thirty (30) days from the date the RMA number was issued, may be refused, returned to you at your expense, or processed at our discretion with a reduced refund.

Shipping Returns. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for higher-value Products. Loxx Boxx is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, and the amount of any refund will be reduced or denied accordingly if a Product is not received in returnable condition.

Refund Processing. Refund requests are processed within approximately 30 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Loxx Boxx will inspect any returned Products and notify you on the status of your refund following inspection. If a return is approved, Loxx Boxx will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Defective Returns. For defective returns, please refer to the limited warranty in Section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Non-Returnable Items. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the following Products and items are not eligible for return or refund except as required by applicable law: (a) Products that have been installed, mounted, opened, used, modified, damaged, or are missing original components, accessories, manuals, or packaging; (b) Products marked "final sale," "non-returnable," "as-is," "clearance," or similar designation at the time of purchase; (c) gift cards and store credits; (d) custom-configured, personalized, or made-to-order Products; (e) any software, firmware, digital content, or subscription service once activated or accessed; (f) consumable items; and (g) Products purchased from any seller other than Loxx Boxx or a Loxx Boxx-authorized reseller.

Pre-Return Requirements for Connected Products. Before returning any Product that connects to the Boxxie app or any other Loxx Boxx software or service, you must (a) remove the Product from your Loxx Boxx account and any associated user accounts, (b) restore the Product to factory default settings, (c) delete all access codes, credentials, personal data, and delivery information stored on or associated with the Product, and (d) include all original components, accessories, hardware, manuals, and packaging materials with the return shipment. Failure to complete these steps may result in delays in processing your return, denial of your refund, or a deduction from your refund in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of restoring the Product to a resaleable condition, in each case in our sole discretion. Loxx Boxx is not responsible for any personal data, access codes, or other information that remains on a returned Product, and you remain solely responsible for the security of any such information.

Restocking Fee. Returned Products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the Product purchase price, in our sole discretion, based on the condition of the returned Product upon inspection and the completeness of accompanying components, accessories, and packaging.

Inspection; Condition of Returned Products. All returned Products are subject to inspection by Loxx Boxx. If, upon inspection, we determine that a returned Product (a) shows signs of installation, use, or wear, (b) is damaged, (c) is missing components, accessories, manuals, or original packaging, or (d) otherwise fails to satisfy the conditions for return set forth in this Policy, we may, in our sole discretion, (i) refuse the return and return the Product to you at your expense, (ii) reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the Product, or (iii) apply or increase the restocking fee. Our determination of a Product's condition shall be final.

Refund Method and Amount. Approved refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid or available, we may, in our sole discretion, issue a store credit in the amount of the approved refund. The amount of any refund will reflect the actual amount paid for the returned Product, less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping, original shipping and handling charges, and any other deductions provided for in this Policy. The time required for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times and is outside of our control.

Promotional, Discounted, and Bundled Items. If a Product was purchased as part of a bundle, promotion, or with a discount, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid for the returned Product, including the proportional value of any discount or promotional benefit applied. Returning a Product that satisfies the conditions of a promotion (for example, a "buy one, get one" or "free with purchase" promotion) may forfeit the promotional benefit, and the value of any forfeited promotional benefit will be deducted from the refund. To receive a full refund of the bundle price, all Products in the bundle must be returned together in accordance with this Policy.

Gifts. Products received as a gift may be returned in accordance with this Policy if accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser's method of payment.

Exchanges. Loxx Boxx does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different Product, please return your original Product in accordance with this Policy and place a new order for the desired Product.

Subscription Services. Cancellation, refund, and termination of any Boxxie app or other Loxx Boxx subscription service are governed by the subscription terms set forth in the Terms of Service or presented at the point of subscription, and not by this Policy. Returning a Product does not automatically cancel any associated subscription, and you remain responsible for cancelling any subscription separately.

Refusal of Returns. Loxx Boxx reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we may refuse returns that are (a) submitted without an RMA number, (b) submitted after the thirty (30) day return window, (c) for non-returnable Products ad described above, or (d) suspected of involving fraud, abuse, or violation of any Loxx Boxx policy or applicable law.

Modifications. Loxx Boxx reserves the right to modify this Return and Refunds Policy at any time in its sole discretion, with such modifications effective upon posting to our website. The Return and Refunds Policy in effect at the time you place an order will govern that order.
